DS Roofing replaced my roof around 3 years ago. It is lovely and has definitely improved my home.
Honestly, they care more about my roof than I do! They came out to check on a pest intrusion issue a couple of years ago and decided they didn’t like a “discolored” panel. So they replaced it! I had never noticed it.
Ivan came out today and sealed a leak (around a pipe) and not only ensured the new screws matched the roof color, but replaced screws he was unhappy with the look of. SERIOUSLY!!?? That is Customer Service well beyond anything I have ever imagined.
He was done very quickly and when I asked what I owed, I was told “nothing”. Once again, SERIOUSLY??
This company absolutely cares about the quality of work they do and standing behind what they do. I appreciate them so much!
